I am a Biomedical Engineer from Politecnico di Milano who has found his path in Product Management. My work is a constant balance between different worlds. On one side there’s the rigor of R&D and regulations (MDR, GDPR), where precision is everything; on the other side there’s the challenge of guiding a team towards a common goal: creating devices and software that are not only safe, but also simple and intuitive.
I firmly believe that an excellent product is born from listening. This is why I put UX (User Experience) at the center of every decision: from technical design to the marketing materials we develop to support sales. My goal is to ensure that innovation doesn’t stay locked in a laboratory, but reaches the end user in the most effective way possible.
Fundamentally, I love solving complex problems and turning them into opportunities to improve people’s health. Whether it’s analyzing a biomedical signal or defining the launch strategy for a new product, I do it with the same enthusiasm and attention to detail.
If I had to describe myself with an image, it would definitely be on board a boat. I was practically born among the waves: it’s a passion that my father transmitted to me from day one, a real "seafaring DNA" that I carry within me. Today I’m taking this bond to the next level, committing to studies to obtain my nautical license: a natural step for someone who, like me, feels the sea as their home.
This inclination of mine for complex systems and technical challenges is also reflected on land. I follow Formula 1 with a participation that goes beyond simple fandom; it’s an interest rooted in my engineering background. I’m fascinated by the pursuit of millimetric perfection, aerodynamics, and technological innovation that pushes every component to its limit.
But my curiosity doesn’t stop there, sometimes I need to discover the world. Traveling for me doesn’t mean just collecting passport stamps, but immersing myself completely in cultures and ways of living far from my own. This is what keeps me alive: the constant desire to push the horizon a little further, whether at sea, on track, or on a distant continent.
